I've uploaded the 8 photographs to my Yahoo briefcase. This submission form allows 1 image and 1 attachment at a time, so I figured it'd just be easier this way.

Weeds #11, 17, 30, and 34 are the same type, just different locations about the yard. Some grow in the fence, some in the grass. My brother's fiance insists these are Poison Ivy but I disagree. There are 3 leaves in close proximity, with 2 lower on the shaft beyond the 3 and I would think this would be considered a 5 leaf sprout. There are no hair-like appendages on the stems that I can see, and I've never broken out after clearing any of the weeds in question.

Weed#37 is about 3 1/2 feet tall, has almost identical leaves at the top as 11, 17, 30 and 34, but also has a few (very few) Rose like thorns along it's lower end.

I've always thought it was a Rose but it does not bloom. It's grown to this height in just a couple of months from nothing and it is about 1 foot away from where an old rose bush used to be. There is a new sprout where the old rose bush used to be and though it is only about 8 inches tall, it is covered with thorns and has bloomed twice this month. I apologize for the poor quality images my digital camera takes.

The other weed photos are unidentified (by me) but I feel they are harmless. What do you say?
