Question Asked: Is this poison ivy? It was found running on the ground in Northeast Missouri.
Answer: Hi Joan,
That's quite a jumble of vines along the ground. I recognize poison ivy and the vinca vine. I'm not familiar with the variegated plant but it's quite pretty. Back to your question - yes the 3 leaflet plant in the center certainly looks like poison ivy to me. I can't see the vine but there is enough other identifying traits for me to say that it is. |
