I recently went on a mission trip and had to pull up poison ivy. I was wearing long pants, and gloves, and immediatly rubbed my arms with hand sanitizer after pulling it up. Was that a good or bad idea?
I have a few small spots on the outside of my arms (the worst is an area about and inch from my elbow and about 1.5 inches in diameter. I have another small spot around my wrist.) I also have a spot on my side from where I had to lay down to remove it, but that's not bad at all, and the itching is semi-tolerable. What can I do to help these heal, and stop itching. I was also wondering how long it should take these to heal. |
