I experienced a delayed onset rash - mine took 9 days to come out an when it did, it did so with a vengeance; large oozing blisters and a secondary strep infection. The first doctors I saw did not treat it aggressively and when I stopped the 2+ weeks of prednisone, I started breaking out in blisters again. I was finally referred to a dermatologist 3 days ago who has started me on a higher and longer dose of prednisone to beat down my immune system response. Good luck and don't be afraid to get back to the doctors is you do not experience relief soon.
