OK - I just sprayed LOTS of little poison ivy plants that are growing all over part of my lawn with ORTHO Brush-Be-Gone for P.I. Now what do I do to cut the grass?? If the plants live or die, they are still going to be just as dangerous to us if we mow the lawn. I don't really want to take my chances and remove each plant by hand with plastic gloves and garbage bags. A mower whizzing through that stuff will just throw the oils into the air and splatter. How can we get rid of this stuff?? Any ideas out there? BTW, I have tried calling several landscapers in our area to come out and handle this for me and they ALL refused!!! This is a service that is not being provided for the public. A smart person with a space suit might make a lot of money doing this, as I for one would be willing to pay a small fortune for someone to deal with this!!!
