Almost surely box elder.

Box elder has leaves that look a great deal like poison ivy in spring, but later in the year has leaves with 5 - 7 leaflets.

The sure way to distinguish between the two is as DeAnn said:
The leaves of box elder are directly opposite each other on the twigs.
The leaves of poison ivy are alternate.

Both types of leaflets vary in shape, even on the same leaf. (As does Mulberry)
