The additional pictures help plus I went back and zoomed in on the first. I apologize for not looking more closely the first time. That is Virginia Creeper. The little tendrils have ends that look like little suction cups. That's how the plant can cling to trees, walls, etc.

Virginia Creeper can have 3 leaflets per leaf though that tends to be on young growth. The more common is the 5 leaflets per leaf.

Some people are allergic to Virginia Creeper. Here is a reference website that I've found very useful: http://www.calpoison.org/public/plants-toxic.html
Apparently, Virginia Creeper contains oxalates which is a skin irritant and can cause dermatitis.

So no on the poison ivy but yes absolutely Virginia Creeper can cause a rash. I happen to be one of those folks who can spend all day pulling it with no problem but I know of people who have issues and develop a rash when dealing with this plant.
