I have a question not a reply.
I work with the Developmentally disabled, one of my clients were down by the lake a couple of days ago. She showed up for work today with small red bumps and very itchy it was on her arms and the backs of her legs. She was sent home we are now looking for the plant that she cliams was poison ivy.
My question is "Does poison ivy bloom in the winter months?"
Are up able to contract poison ivy from the bare vine and or winter months?

I would really appreciate your answer, so I can better assist my clients and keep them safe.

Thank you
