No. But if your dog has a rash it could be chiggers, fleas, ticks, mange, etc. Some dogs are more sensitive. It could have gotten into some chemicals sprayed on grass that it is allergic to. That happened to a dog of mine once. She broke out in hives all over and her eyes almost swelled shut. I figured out it was from a public park I took her to a few hours before. Take your pet to the vet soon if it is suffering. They can identify what is wrong and give treatment or medication if needed.
