I'm suffering right now with a big leathery patch on the back of my thight from knee to glute. Zanfel has not really done anything - and at that price - it should be a miracle drug. with previous severe poison oak exposure - I've gotten good relief by taking Aveeno oatmeal bath additive - mixing it into a paste with cold water and applying it directly to the rash. Messy when it dried and crumbled - but worked amazingly well. And once I got a cortisone shot and took prednisone tablets. Cured me immediately.
