I had a blister a few weeks ago on the top of my right foot when my new pup "sat" on my foot and gifted me with poison ivy. The blister grew to the size of a cherry tomato and my boss insisted on popping it since I was unable to put on any shoes. I protested weakly but he burst it and it did ooze out for that day, however, filled up again, and also spread the rash outside of the blister and in between my toes. So, ggg, I would not recommend pricking a poison ivy blister nor will I let a dog sit on my bare feet anymore either!
