Yes you are right. So, even in the winter you could get p.i. if you come in contact with any oils. I still remember a story from years ago, an old timer told me the story of burning p.i. in the middle of winter and standing in the area, stoking the fire, etc... and catching the worse case of p.i. in his life. It sent him to the hospital. Every time I read about burning the plants, i think of that guy. So, I guess that even with winter coming, we will probably read about someone unfortunately coming in contact with p.i.
