I have seen a dermatologist who has given me some prednisone at a high dose, and have used burrows astringent solution 3times/days for last 10 days. My poison oak is less numerous than before the prednisone, but it looks like it is coming back.
I take my last pills on sunday. I have cleaned everything I could think of except the carpets. I am now going on week 5 of this systemic reaction. Monday I plan to call the dermatologist again if I see a worsening of my condition.
Do you know much about burrows solution, and can it be used in a concentration stronger than recommended on the packaging?

I am tempted to rip the spots right off my body.
