Hi Jennifer -

Tea tree oil is an antiseptic and mild solvent. I'm not aware of any uses for it which involve dealing with the itch of a urushiol oil induced rash. Here's some information on tea tree oil - What is tea tree oil?.

As for "Ocean Potion", the lidocaine is a mild anesthetic so I would imagine that would at least help deaden the sensation and temporarily reduce / remove the itch. Don't know for sure as I've never used the product. Anyone else?
