Approximately 3-4 weeks ago, I started noticing a different sensation in the front of my mouth. It progressed to stinging, burning lips and tongue, dry mouth, numbness around the tongue, and a general "scalded" feeling in the mouth. About this same time, I burned a huge brush pile that contained dead poision ivy/oak vines. I've always been very susceptible to the rash, so is it possible that my mouth troubles are related to inhaling the smoke?
