from what i've heard, and from personal experience, anywhere from one week, to 3 weeks in some cases, im no professional - you'd probably be best off looking for advice from Betsy or Jim.

you can order it on the internet, or go to likely any local pharmacy like rite aid or CVS - not exactly cheap - but works great!
