  I have made some requests from the local government (Canadian), a few states (California, Texas etc...) and from some web sites that seemed to have some decent information.  I would be happy to share it when it comes in, although it is being snail mailed to me.  This should include some research papers and other more technical articles.  I can let you know where I got it and how good it is.  I would be very interested in any information that you may have, as I am collecting a library-like collection on this topic.  Anything would help!
