In general the literature says about 14 days. To complicate this timeline somewhat, those with very effective immune systems will tend to have it worse than those with an impaired immune system. Others might introduce additional allergic reactions depending on sensitivity to other treatments.

I described the rash in detail in an earlier post. Until I get the new page written please refer to this. So in general seniors, babies, HIV postive, and others with a weakened or impaired immune system might not experiece the rash as bad as say world class athletes whose immune system might be as fit as they are.

So if its any consolation. Consider yourself very fit and that your bodies immune system is working great... too great!

Keep it clean and dry. Stay calm as the body under stress can make this much worse.
