I have tried many things for poison oak. Technu is good, but Zanfel seems to be better. It seems to be very efective in removing the oils that cause the rash, even after several hours of exposure. My daughter (four) got some poisin oak on her leg. I used Zanfel and it was gone within two days. It's my new "go to" item.

I also agree that a severe case of poison oak almost seems to take on a life of it's own. A doctor is the best cure for that.
