Last Saturday, my mother and I were working in my new yard. Our house was built in a new neighborhood that used to be a "forest". Ive seen poison ivy and oak around and we are very careful not to touch it etc. We carried some pallots of grass around in our arms but other than that we touched no plant life, and wore gloves to protect our hands when pulling weeds etc.

Then on Tuesday morning both me and my mother woke up with alot of really itchy bumps on us. My bumps I thought were mosquito bites from a mosquito that got inside and was eating on me during the night, so I put some alcohol and hydrocortozone on them.

well......

here it is Thrusday and the bumps have spread. I have some that are all in a row like a poison oak would look but then I have others that are standing alone on their own. The are not mosquito bites, and if I even gently touch the bumps they ITCH HORRIBLY, a few of the more worse ones in the clusters are oozing.

Ive never had poison ivy,oak or sumac.. I dont know if this is what I have. I have read if you are going to get it you will get it within 24 hours, but these bumps came up 72 hours later and have seem to spread maybe? I have about 3 on my leg , 4 on my stomach and about 4 on my left arm that are all separate, I also have a cluster of 3 on my left arm and then on my right arm I have a very large cluster of about 7 or so.

Could this be poison ivy, oak or sumac or could this be something else???

Scabies, chiggers Heck I dont know..... I just cant thing of anything else that may have been in that grass. I dont think its chiggers but then again ive never had them.
